So I was visiting Richmond, VA one weekend to kick back with some homies. I can't remember what happened, but the next thing I knew was I was in high need of grub! I definitely wasn't in the mood for breakfast so diners were out of the question. I was then introduced to a soon to be all time favorite spot for that late night grub session...I bring to you...BODILLAZ. Mind you, I haven't had a chance to try many things on the menu. Truth be told, the first time I went there, I couldn't read English anymore...yeah one of those nights! hahaha. Anyway, I got "tha mess" from memory its a quesadilla filled with the following:
- friend chicken (chopped up chicken fingers)
- tomatoes
- mixed cheese
- bbq sauce
- jalepeños
- bacon?
All that mess was wrapped in a tortilla, cut into wedges, and served with your choice of dipping sauce. I went with ranch. Will I get it again? Hell to the yes! As more trips to Fist City, VA are made, more trips to BoDillaz will happen for sure. Their menu is nuts. Some other dope eats that have yet to be tried from there, include sweet potato fries, burgers, chicken wings, and of course other monster quesadillas. DRUNKEAT approved!
